Terms and Conditions
Effective from 5 November 2026.
Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the sale of gift cards through the website Natalia Barber (https://natalia-barber.com). The seller is Nataliia Turytsia, company ID (IČO) 23844710, registered at AZ Tower, Pražákova 1008/69, 639 00 Brno-střed (the "seller"). Contact: +420 608 308 279, barber.natalia.cz@gmail.com.
The buyer is the person who orders a gift card through the website. By completing the order, the buyer confirms having read and accepted these terms.
The gift card
A gift card entitles its holder to the seller's service stated on the card. By agreement it can also be redeemed against another service in the salon's current offer.
The card is valid for 6 months from purchase. The expiry date is stated on the card and in the confirmation email. An expired card lapses without compensation.
The card is redeemed in a single visit. If the service taken costs less than the service stated on the card, the difference is not paid out; if it costs more, the holder pays the difference on the spot. The card cannot be exchanged for cash.
The card is transferable. To redeem it, show the card on your phone or printed; the seller verifies it by scanning the QR code.
Ordering and conclusion of the contract
An order is placed by adding a card to the cart and completing the payment. Card payments are processed by Stripe; the seller has no access to card details.
The purchase contract is concluded when the payment is received. The seller then sends an order confirmation and the gift card with its code and QR code to the email entered during payment. If the buyer entered the recipient's email, the seller sends the card to the recipient as well.
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the email addresses entered. A card not delivered because of a wrong address will be resent to the correct address on request.
Price and payment
Prices are stated in Czech crowns and are final. No fee is charged for delivering the card by email.
Payment is made online by card through Stripe. No other payment methods are available for online purchases.
Returns and withdrawal from the contract
Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for money.
The only exception is the consumer's statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days of purchase, provided the card has not been redeemed. To withdraw, contact the seller by email or phone using the details above and quote the card code. The payment will be refunded within 14 days by the same method used to pay, and the card will be invalidated.
After the withdrawal period, after redemption or after expiry, the card can no longer be returned, extended or exchanged for cash. Any unused part of the card value is not refunded.
Lost or misused cards
The card is delivered as a code and a QR code. Whoever presents the card may redeem it. The seller is not liable for the loss, theft or misuse of a code that the buyer or recipient made available to a third party. Contact the seller immediately if you suspect misuse.
Complaints and dispute resolution
Any concerns about the quality of a service should be raised directly in the salon or through the contact details above. The seller responds to complaints without undue delay and within 30 days at the latest.
The body competent for the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes is Česká obchodní inspekce, Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Praha 2, https://adr.coi.cz.
Personal data
The seller is the data controller. To process an order, the seller handles the buyer's name, email and phone number, the recipient's name, email and message where provided, and payment data passed on by Stripe (without the card number).
The data is processed to perform the contract, deliver the card, verify its validity and meet legal obligations, in particular accounting. Processors are Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery) and Vercel (hosting).
Data is kept for the validity period of the card and afterwards for as long as the law requires. You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data and to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (https://uoou.gov.cz).
Final provisions
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. If the buyer is a consumer, their statutory rights remain unaffected.
The seller may amend these terms; each order is governed by the version in force when it was placed. In case of any discrepancy, the Czech version prevails. These terms are effective from 5 November 2026.
